Storage Conditions

If the door is not opened and the original packaging of the factory is not damaged, the product can be stored for 4 months from the date of production in a dry environment at a temperature between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius.

Preparation Substrate

A concrete substrate must first be mechanically prepared by means of sub-floor equipment until the surface of the concrete top, which contains the remaining cement and water and causes the surface to become alkaline (concrete sap), is destroyed and becomes defective. Installation

Before mixing the two components, first, stir component 1. After adding all of Component 2 to Component 1, stir the resulting mixture for about two minutes at a speed of 400 rpm until it is homogeneous. Then add other components such as silica powder to the mixture if necessary based on the type of system required and stir until they reach a continuous state. In order to make sure how to stir, pour the resulting mixture into another container and stir. Avoid movements that cause air to enter the mixture while stirring. A mechanical stirrer with a speed of 300 to 400 rpm can be used for mixing.

BASADUR® E727 epoxy floor coating is a two-component coating based on epoxy resin and a mixture of polyamine hardeners. This product is well used as a top coat, textured coating, and orange peel in decorative applications. If needed, this material can also be used on walls and vertical surfaces.

BASADUR® E727 with its glossy and luxurious final surface increases the brightness of the space and its bright colors can double the brightness of the space by reflecting light.

Also, due to the different formulations used in this product, and stronger backing has been considered in the structure of this paint, which increases the coating power of the paint and makes it possible to apply it in thin layers and low thickness. It is worth noting that the final surface it creates is orange and shiny skin.

This floor covering is specially designed for use on the floor of the building and has good abrasion resistance against the traffic of people and light-wheeled vehicles and is a good alternative to epoxy-polyamide protective paints that wear out quickly and are often used to line the floor. is used.

It is common to use this floor covering in light to medium uses as a waterproof floor covering (after applying epoxy primer) and in decorative uses such as flooring in exhibitions, offices, commercial, educational centers, and residential houses as the final layer of epoxy flooring.

Also, if you want to create a design or line on the surface of the epoxy floor or concrete, you can use BASADUR® E727 epoxy floor covering. In these cases, the use of BASADUR® E402 self-leveling epoxy varnish or BASADUR® E 401 epoxy varnish – floor covering is recommended as a protective layer if a surface with much higher wear resistance is required.

It should be noted that BASADUR® E727 epoxy floor coating can also have antibacterial properties if required by the customer.
