Storage Conditions

If the container’s door is not opened and the original packaging is not damaged, the product can be stored for 6 months from the date of production in a dry environment and at a temperature between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius.

Preparation Substrate

A concrete substrate must first be mechanically prepared using grinding equipment until the surface of the concrete, which contains the remaining cement and water and causes the surface to become alkaline (concrete sap), is destroyed and becomes defective. The open vagina reached the concrete.

Installation

Before mixing the two components, first, stir component 1. After adding all of Component 2 to Component 1, stir the resulting mixture for about two minutes at a speed of 400 rpm until it is homogeneous. Then add other components such as silica powder to the mixture, if necessary, based on the type of system required, and stir until they reach a continuous state. To make sure how to stir, pour the resulting mixture into another container and stir. Avoid movements that cause air to enter the mixture while stirring. For mixing, you can use a mechanical mixer with a speed of 300 to 400 rpm.

Epoxy Floor Coating | Solvent-free| Glossy

BASADUR® E717 epoxy floor coating is a product based on modified epoxy resin and polyamine hardener, which is the final layer in resin floor systems with decorative uses. The final surface of this coating is glossy, and the best way to apply it is to use a wool roller.

BASADUR® E717 floor covering is used as a thin layer and mostly for decorative and light traffic industrial flooring purposes. The glossy finish of this epoxy floor coating brings more brightness to the space, which makes the room space bigger and brighter.

Also, due to the high pigment dosage used in the formulation of this floor coating, the hiding power of the color is remarkable, and it is possible to apply it at low thickness.

This floor covering is specially designed for use on the floor of the building and has good wear resistance against the traffic of people and light-wheeled vehicles. It is common to use this epoxy floor coating in light to medium uses as a waterproof floor material (after applying epoxy primer) and in decorative uses such as exhibitions, office, commercial, educational, and residential houses as the final layer of epoxy flooring.

Also, if you want to create a design or line on the surface of the epoxy floor or concrete, you can use BASADUR® E717 epoxy floor coating. In these cases, it is recommended to use BASADUR® E 402 self-leveling epoxy varnish or BADADUR® E 401 floor-coating epoxy varnish as a protective layer.
