Storage Conditions

If the door is not opened and the original packaging of the factory is not damaged, the product can be stored for 6 months from the date of production in a dry environment and at a temperature between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius.

Preparation Substrate

The substrate must be completely prepared and free of any dust, gravel, oil, and pollution. Flooring has been done using equipment suitable for the type of substructure (concrete, stone, mosaic, or ceramic) and the appropriate primer has been applied to the surface. Installation

Before mixing the two components, first, stir component 1. After adding the entire component 2 to component 1, stir the resulting mixture for about two minutes at a speed of 400 rpm using a drill mixer until it is homogeneous. Avoid movements that cause air to enter the mixture while stirring.

According to the required type of use (intermediate coating, mastic, cornice, putty, grout), the amount of material consumption and work method will be different.

Self-leveling epoxy coating No solvent Polyamine Medicinal 25%

BASADUR® E 305 self-leveling epoxy coating is a two-component, solvent-free product based on epoxy resin and polyamine hardener. This epoxy flooring is among the shiniest sanitary flooring, and due to the formulation of this epoxy floor, it has high mechanical strength and wear resistance. It is recommended to use this product as the final coating of epoxy flooring in areas where compliance with health standards and implementation of GMP principles is necessary. Also, BASADUR®-E305 self-leveling epoxy coating is smoother than BASADUR® E 304 and visually has more gloss and appearance, and its low viscosity makes it very easy to install and implement.

BASADUR® E 304 epoxy flooring is hygienic, waterproof, integrated, seamless, and completely smooth and polished. The absence of any height or height on the surface of the flooring has caused there to be no seams for the growth of bacteria and microbes on the surface. Also, this flooring is anti-dust and is classified as sanitary flooring.

This self-leveling epoxy coating has high adhesion on concrete, stone, mosaic, metal, etc. surfaces. It is also possible to draw lines and designs on the surface of this epoxy floor and it can be used in different colors.
