Storage Conditions

If the door is not opened and the original packaging of the factory is not damaged, the product can be stored for 6 months from the date of production in a dry environment at a temperature between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius.

Preparation Substrate

First, the concrete substrate must be prepared mechanically and using grinding machines until the surface of the concrete, which contains cement and water residues and causes the surface to become alkaline (concrete syrup), is removed to reach the open pores of the concrete.

Any weak points in concrete and surface imperfections such as holes, cavities, and cracks should be drained and repaired. For this purpose, you can use the BASA repair material.

It should be noted that all dust on the surface must be removed before applying the products. Using industrial vacuum cleaners with high suction power is recommended.

It is possible to use this primer on fresh concrete surfaces or places where the moisture of the substrate.

Description

Epoxy Middle Coat| High Solid| Polyamine| Damp Substrate| 15%

BASADUR®-E 210 is a two-component, dense intermediate coating based on epoxy resin and polyamine hardener. This product is smoother than BASADUR® E 200 and is easy to apply. One of the best features of this product is its ability to be used in environments with high humidity and low temperature, excellent mechanical strength, low viscosity, and suitable filler for filling cracks, seams, and grouting. This product is used as a middle layer in the resin flooring system.

The high resistance of BASADUR® E 210 against various mechanical stresses has helped to strengthen and increase the life of the resin flooring system, making it suitable for various uses, including warehouses, parking lots, and various industries.

It is important to find a material suitable for the type of use and compatible with the environment for the design of the resin flooring system. Epoxy flooring for wet surfaces is one of the most demanding and important elements related to the flooring industry and production.

The use of primer and a special intermediate layer for wet surfaces is so important that if they are not used, the possibility of blistering and separation, which is usually associated with wet or fresh and contaminated concrete, will increase. In this regard, it is recommended to use BASADUR® E 210, which prevents the passage of any liquids and moisture like a protective layer and increases the adhesion and longevity of the epoxy flooring system.
