BASADR^® E 112

Epoxy primer Solvent free Polyamine Economical

BASADUR^® E 112 is a primer based on standard epoxy resin and polyamine hardener. This product is solvent-free and with special additives, it creates maximum adhesion with the substrate and the next layer.

Unlike other primers, BASADUR^®-E 112 is not transparent due to its special and unique formulation. This primer is designed in such a way that it can be ideal for medium to high-porosity concrete surfaces and substrates. Note that if there is a lot of porosity in the concrete and the substrate, the use of general solvent-free primers will increase the cost, but BASADUR^®-E 112 primer with its economical price and the raw materials included in its construction makes up for this drawback. It fills nicely and makes the substrate suitable for installing higher layers.

Also, BASADUR^® E 112 primer prevents the upper layers from being absorbed into the underlying surface, which will ultimately reduce the cost of the resin flooring system. This primer, like other types of epoxy flooring materials, is two-component and makes the bottom surface waterproof.

It should be noted that before use, mix component one well for homogenization.
