BASADUR^® U 304 is a two-component self-leveling polyurethane coating with very high flexibility and elasticity, designed for service at temperatures below zero degrees Celsius to minus 40 degrees Celsius. The low and fluid viscosity of this product has made it possible to use the product in a self-leveling manner. Also, the good mechanical strength and suitable hardness of this product make it ideal for high-traffic areas with medium to heavy traffic when used with silica.

 High flexibility and elasticity, softness, and elasticity of the flooring are very important in cold spaces such as cold rooms. But the more important issue is the tear strength and mechanical behavior of resin flooring against the stresses in the environment.

 The method of installing and implementing cold storage flooring is very similar to installing and implementing epoxy or polyurethane flooring, but the important issue is that polyurethane-based products are very sensitive to moisture and if there is moisture in the environment during implementation, it leads to Foam formation in resin flooring. Therefore, the relative humidity of the environment and the floor must be controlled before implementation.

BASADUR^® U 304 self-leveling polyurethane coating can be applied as the final layer, after proper foundation, on concrete, stone, mosaic, etc. surfaces. To increase adhesion, it is recommended to use an epoxy primer before installation.
